To all 2022、2023 international master's graduate classes:

In accordance with the regulations of the Office of the Ministry of Education and the Office of Xinhua News Agency (Teaching Office [2002] No. 5), China Photo Agency under Xinhua News Agency is responsible for the collection of image information. In order to carry out the electronic image collection work for graduates, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Shooting Arrangements:（For specific college arrangements, please refer to the attachment）

Shooting Time: April 21, 2025,9:00-17:00.（Please arrive at the shooting location half an hour in advance to wait for the shoot）

Waiting and Shooting Location: 3rd Floor, North Campus Gym.,

Students are required to arrive at the shooting location according to the scheduled time ---- tidy up dressing ---- sign in on-site ---- queue for shooting.

II. Shooting Requirements and Notes:

Students participating in the shooting must download their collection code from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) website. Those who have not downloaded the collection code are strictly prohibited from participating in the shooting. (See attachment for details)

To ensure the quality of the images, students must prepare according to the national ID photo standards. Otherwise, failure to upload the educational background photo on the CDGDC website or problems with portrait comparison will affect the registration of graduation diplomas. Supplementary Shooting: If students cannot participate in the centralized organization of image collection due to unforeseen circumstances, please log in to the WeChat public account "Zhejiang University Graduation Image Collection" and click on "Notice for Supplementary Shooting for Graduates (Zhejiang)" to register and make an appointment for shooting. All those who participate in supplementary shooting must ensure that their personal image photos (electronic and hard copies) are provided to the college for summary and submission to the retention management department before the end of October.
